I’m currently redesigning and developing new Corporate and Community Wellness offerings to better support organizations, teams, and communities. While these programs are not currently available, I’m thoughtfully creating resources and workshops that align with the values of Ottawa Valley Wellness.
New offerings are expected to launch in late 2027.
